Heres where my tips help you shine!
1. If your out of blush or too young to wear it pinch your cheeks a little bit.
2. When you put on make up don't over do it
3. If you have stage fright inhale and exhale to calm your nerves
4. Shake your shoulders to release tension.
5. If your Stressed lie down in a safe place. Close your eyes and listen to slow music to take your mind off of emotional pressure.
6. If you get mad and can't control yourself hit something, not someone! Kick your sofa or punch a pillow, but never, EVER a person or an animal.
7.Carry a picture with you of an image that makes you feel calm in a crazy world. It should have scenes of nature, not people. Some people find images of water very calming.
8.Taking a walk in a quite country place like woods, or by a stream, listening to nature and noticing all the beauty around you is a relaxing past time.
9. Write a letter to yourself of someone else, spilling my guts so to speak but never mailing it. Writing down all that troubles you is a form of release.
10.Try exercising, like running.
11. Talk to someone.
12. Try and lower your tolerance for stress. The higher your tolerance for stress is, the more you will be stressed out.
13. Breathe into your own deep rhythm and not anyone else's. You are in your own space.
14.Slowly breathe in, count slowly to five, and slowly breathe out.
Do this for 20 minutes.
15. Remind yourself that you are okay. Nothing is going to happen to you right now.
